A marriage contract between a future husband and wife. The draft prenuptial is written to be enforceable in court and details how the couple's financial affairs are to be handled both during the marriage and in the event of divorce. Beware that part of such contracts may not be accepted in a court of law if the prenuptial agreement contains provisions that are under Thai law considered 'against good morals or the law'.

Thank you for the introduction to the prenuptial, but can I also download the complete contract in Thai and English? I want to discuss the prenuptial option with my Thai fiancee but find it difficult to explain the concept without having a sample.
